Great staff, even though they had sold out they recommended other items quickly. Never a wrong order so far.

This branch consistently gets my order wrong and it's not even like they are quick with it, the queues always take a long time to go down. Today I asked for a hot chocolate with cream. I asked the staff member if there was definitely cream in it before driving away, she said yes. Was there? Of course not.

Car park full, walked in and there is one other family in there? 4 or 5 members of staff, still q'd for over 5 mins. Drive thru customers obviously more important. Sat my sons down, tables dirty with cup rings and biscuit crumbs, asked for it to be wiped. didn't happen. Nobody had a name badge. Young lady with sea shell necklace making coffees never spoke to me or the other customer and left the coffees and hot chocolates out of reach. Never told us our orders were ready or indeed who's drinks they were. A can of innocent bubbles costs £1.50 in Sainsbury's but £2.35 in Starbucks? Almost 55% more. Hot chocolate was like water and my coconut flat white milk had split. Won't be going back to this one ever.

The Two staff prioritise cars using the “Drive-Thru” over customers who walk in to the cafe. I was stood waiting for 10 minutes at the counter (there was no queue) before they served me. Then took another 10 to 15 minutes for my 1 drink to be made while I could see on the other side, Several cars using the Drive-Thru - who were placing orders, received their drinks and had driven off! 2 stars only for the convenient location, just off the Stevenage junction of the A1M.

Average Starbucks, depending on staff depends on speed and quality. I still use it. Even on bad days, it's not bad. Seemingly never have large cups?
