If you don't have a credit card or don't own a home, there is no chance to borrow even a mini.
I have no convictions, no debts, no issues from the past, no claim history, over 30 years, a stable work and yet still, I'm not a good enough customer to borrow a car to get to work and back.
(I'm sure you have a black box in each car).

EDIT: After 5 mails with the ladies from customer centre, the management is playing a dead bug - it is clear that what they wrote in answer is a fake PR.

Had a pathetic experience with them. I was not given the car I booked. It has been over a month now and they have still not refunded the difference. Contacting the enterprise customer care has not been if any help - just useless!!
Good friendly service, Covid safe, 20 plate car reasonable prices compared to others, what more can you ask for?
The service is poor the right hand doesn't know what the left is doing been there 3 times now they have had us hanging around for hours in bad weather
Car was dropped off faulty. Returned to branch and they swapped for another with no issues.
