Well what can I say about this place.three previous outing were all cancelled at the last minute.three months to get another appointment.booked in at reception then sat uptop waiting.waiting ....waiting only to be told all dentists had gone home the receptionist hadn't notified I'd arrived.to top it all this particular dentist would answer her phone while I was in the chair.never go there...shambles.
Saw Dr Raja with my son this morning and he was wonderful as always. The receptionist was lovely too. I rang for an appointment yesterday and my son was seen today. I always find the service at the dental surgery brilliant and I trust what Dr Raja says. I am very surprised by other negative reviews.
Great service always been looked after as im petrified of dentists, the nurses are wonderful too especially a lady called Ann thank you.
Don't bother! Waited 3 weeks for first available appointment to be called an hour and a half before the appoint time and told it was cancelled. Now looking for another dentist to sort out the large hole in my tooth....
I can't justify even giving this practice one star as it doesn't deserve it. The service is appalling. I have rung over the Christmas period to ask for an appointment as I have lost the back of one of molar teeth resulting in pain, inflammation and bleeding of the gum. I explained that I am moving house and they advised that I go and seek treatment when I move house elsewhere as the dentist doesn't deem my case worthy to be seen.
If you require dental care I suggest looking elsewhere or seeing to yourself with a bottle of scotch and some string tied to a door.
