I would like to say a very big thank you to the Team at the Scarborough Dental Practice, Not only did the Receptionist that greeted me make me feel at ease ( did I really look that nervous?) but to everyone there for the treatment I received. A few questions from the Dental nurse ( did I say a few :-) ) and the Dentist himself making a short and painless job of a rather nasty extraction was a pleasure in its self. Not only this but i came into work the next morning, pain free i must add only to find out that he had called me to ensure I was ok, never had that before.
I would like to say I will come back again soon but thinking about it that would mean I would be in pain, so I will just say thank you all once again.
Where do i start with this dental practice. It is amazing!.I first went with my partner as i could not go alone even with a bad absess and being extremly anxious as i have a great fear of dentists due to previous experiencences,and although I was not part of their practice then, I was greeted with total kindness and empathy.my abscess was delt with due to their professionalism,and then they took me on even with my very bad nerves,they have treated me with kid gloves and kindness through every procedure.Every time I have had another appointment all the staff are the same,so gentle,kind and so patient ,i now manage to go on my own which is such an achievement for me and is definitely down to my patient dentist and wonderful team.i cannot praise or thank them enough.i would highly recommend this practice to anyone.
I have always been more than happy with the service provided & would happily recommend this practice.
Excellent practice with efficient and highly skilled staff. Have travelled miles back to visit for regular treatment when we moved away. No hesitation in recommending.
