Clean, friendly and efficient. The appointment was given ample time and the dentist was wonderfully informative, clear and helpful. They also did a great job with social distancing. Easily the best experience at a dentist's I've had in the UK. Can't recommend this practice enough.

Difficult to deal with! AVOID BUPA DENTAL KNEBWORTH Booked in for a check up and seen in August. Firstly they charged extra for 'additional PPE due to Covid'. Personally I feel this is a wrong commercial decision as completely out of step from other service providers and you're taking advantage of a bad situation. So I had my check up and I needed a filling and told 'you cant book the follow up appointment now, we will contact you'. So a few days pass and I get a call and they give me only a couple of options which I could not do due to work commitments. I said what about x date and the answer was 'we can only book for up to 3 weeks in advance'. I asked why and it was due to COVID. They said they would call me when they have more dates. SO a few weeks later another call and again limited dates so I was unable to book them... Then in October I called and said, I have a week off in November so could do anytime. Guess what the answer was ' Sorry we don't have the diary open for then yet so you will have to wait for us to call you'. Why I questions and the response 'due to covid they have to do extra cleaning for fillings compared to check ups. YOUR BUSINESS IS CHECK UPS AND FILINGS - surely you can book these ahead and plan around them! So here I am in December and no phone call, still with a need to have a filling and probably will be stuffed with having to have another check up and fee now. I've been a patient of Bupa Dental for 15 years (in London) and always had great service. It seems to me that Knebworth are completely dissorganised and hiding behind COVID as an excuse to their incompetence.

Having switched to this practice a few years ago, my family continues to be delighted with the courtesy, professionalism and caring treatment we receive here. John is brilliant with our children — they love him and he is astonishingly gentle and always positive. This is not lost on the adults either! Our hygienist Odette is wonderfully dexterous and expert in her work too. From the entrance door to the treatment chair, the surgery is well-run, well-managed and is an asset to the village 👍🏼

Please explain why private customers have to pay extra for PPE for staff when the safety of staff is the duty of the employer? Every industry is supplying PPE for their own staff, even NHS dentists. During the lockdown the premiums have not been deducted but routine appointments have been cancelled. Even Denplan says your dental surgery is responsible for this.

Have been going here for years and it's always been fantastic! Really good with young children as well. I first came here when I was 5 and I'm now 23. Would highly recommend to anyone who has moved into the area or to people who are not happy with their current dentist and are looking for a change :)
