I honestly feel so grateful to my lovely dentist at eastbury practice and to the manageress who has been so lovely helpful and has absolutely gone over and above her duties to help me with my teeth during these last few weeks . Without her help i would have lost a few of my teeth , i just wanted to show my appreciation and thank them all so much
The team here is highly experienced & professional. I had reached out to them in an emergency and they were very kind to accommodate me. Received excellent care and procedures and treatments were done with great skill and empathy. Thank you Dr. Pandit and Anna. Highly recommended!
A very friendly and caring practice. I'm always made to feel welcome and I know I'm well looked after. From being greeted by the friendly and smiling Julianna, to the kindness and care shown by Dr. Kapoor and the rest of the team, I can't think of a better dental surgery. Thank you, all! Tine C.
Rude and pushy receptionist who doesn't have any interpersonal communication skills. Could do with learning a bit about empathy, accuracy skills to send over the correct information, learning not to be forceful towards patients decisions and lastly without shouting slanderous accusation of fraud. The dentists themselves are actually nice but a terrible front face to business should keep anyone well away, would urge Eastbury to reconsider who they working there.
