The store has done a brilliant job with the current COVID situation but I honestly would not line up in the queue. So many people were waiting to enter the store which is understandable- Christmas season. You be be sure that the staff members here will look after you really well. Extremely helpful staff and they were able to guide me so quickly. Thank you!

I went for a battery replacement about 8 weeks ago , after 4 weeks I’ve dropped some water on it and the screen starts to be pixelated ( iPhone 7 is water resistant, in 3 years of ownership I had many spillage accidents and nothing happened) , I went back to store and I 2as told that they can not guarantee the sealing is still doing what is supposed to do . I went disappointed home that Apple repair center is a trash and guess what after 2 weeks stopped working completely, no changing, no power , nothing. So after spending 50£ for battery replacement, instead to having it for 1 + years more , I must to buy a new phone . Overall don’t repair your Apple products there

Managed queuing on entry, including temperature checks. All staff friendly, welcoming, and wearing masks. Appointment was fast, as was moving around the store. No complaints at all!

Staff looks tired of attending customers. I can see lot of staff members chatting with each other and roaming around then attending the customers. I'm expecting better customer support for the premium amount we pay for apple products.
