CeX has always been dependable, and this location is no different. Its people who know their stuff about games, movies and technology who talk to you as friends and try to get you what you need, be it finding the best way to make you money when trading in or searching for that movie you've gone to several stores for.
Its exactly what you need in most circumstances. If anything, I just wish they would bolster their workforce a little to speed up service. (This may be simply a result of current guidelines of course.)
I've been going here for years and have never had a problem. They are fair on they're prices and very knowledgeable about all the products in stock
This to reflect my experience at this store. I had brought in my phone in as it was faulty and under the warranty. Dom (Dominic?) had helped me with my inquiry. This guy is an absolute legend. He went above and beyond to help me. He professional and patient. And above all, efficient. Resolved my issue and I am a very happy customer!
Staff was very helpful, were slightly too chatty with each other why delayed my service but when I was being served they were excellent
Took an old phone to sell, very friendly and fast service. Paid cash and had the money in my pocket within an hour.
