Staff was great and well spoken.
But whats the point opening store at 8:30 when shopping centre opens at 11?? So you end up buying a pastry thats been cooked when store opened. Eating cold food

But Gregg's should include more vegetarian varieties
I am a fan of Greggs, especially their vegan sausage roll but I have to say that on this occasion the visit was abysmal. This was the first time to this Greggs and it wasn't busy (THURSDAY at 1045) but despite that the staff didn't acknowledge me or even notice I was there. Ok, I could have made my presence known but why should I? Staff in shops etc should be attentive and friendly but sadly in this day and age that is found wanting. I did wait for 2 minutes but walked out as that was 2 minutes of my life I will never get back. Now 2 minutes may not seem that long and it's not if it is busy but it wasn't. No chance I will ever return to this establishment.
What can I say its greggs they got lovely food and treats. Even the prices are reasonable.
A bakery that doesnt sell bread anymore after refurbishing the premises. But you can get a wide selection of soft drinks and eat in instead.
Businesses are forgetting their core foundations that made them their millions in the first place. Such a shame.
