I've been struggle with shoulder issues for many years now, and after two sessions with Farah, it's a thing of the past! The facility is light and airy, Farah keeps it very clean and has been particularly vigilant during the pandemic. She offers a high quality and professional service - both in and out of the clinic. The working from home booklet she put together is an incredibly comprehensive resource that has really helped me ensure I don't encounter further issues during this period. Every time I leave I feel like a new woman! I highly recommend Farah, and can't thank her enough for all she's done.

I highly recommend Physio Hitchin. Farah is so professional and knowledgeable. She has really helped me with a knee problem and her treatment plan will probably mean I can avoid surgery. Very happy client!

Farah has treated me on a number of occasions for various reasons and has always provided a fantastic service and never failed to get me back to fully fit. With everything fully explained (in terms even I can understand!) and a clear plan for moving forward laid out, I always feel lifted and positive after treatments. Can't recommend highly enough.

I visited Farah Thompson with symptoms of back pain and neck pain. She assessed my condition thoroughly before providing the appropriate course of treatments. Her approach was warm and friendly and she would always explain things in simple terms which reflected that I was in the hands of a true professional who has the key human factor. The treatment I received (which included acupuncture!) was amazing and I felt years younger. I would highly recommend to anyone in need of a good physiotherapist.
