The opening times aren’t a true reflection of their serving times. I turned up at 2130 as the opening times say they close at 2200. I asked for a waffle and they said it’s ice cream only. They’ve turned the hot machines off and cleaning to close. Okay, sure. Whatever. I order a Berry Slice Sunday for my partner who is Gluten intolerant. I very specifically tell them this. They charge me £6.95 for the Sunday and I go on my way. I get home and my Mrs looks and tells me she can’t eat it as the wafer has been out in and it’s broken into the ice cream. They also haven’t put the correct ingredients and left ice cream out. I’ll be returning with the uneaten, melted Sunday tomrorow.

Service was pretty fairly slow even though it wasn't very packed and i could see the corona virus was a hindrance in its working. When i took my trip, one waiter told us we could pay with cash and another said card. I was very impatient in the end but on the other hand the food was great and me and my friends had a decent time.

Very nice service despite it being packed due to eat out help out. Their waffle machines were broken so we had to look for an alternative dessert to eat and we were not disappointed. Excellent bannoffee cookie dough and strawberry banana crepes!

2 drinks from our order didn't arrive, the chocolate cake we had ordered was in fact 2 brownies and some ice cream and the diet cokes we ordered arrived as 2 warm bottles without glasses. Staff looked stressed and out of their depth and the waiting time for the other 3 desserts was 20 minutes. This was only the start. My dessert and my girlfriends dessert went to the table next to us despite our efforts to get their attention. On complaining to the staff one staff member who was on the phone slid a dessert that was clearly the same dessert the table next to us had returned earlier (after eating some of the toppings). The other dessert that was missing did not arrive and it took us 10 minutes to get a full refund. I would not recommend coming here as this place is poorly managed and has incompetent staffing.

Restaurant was dirty, toilets smelt badly, food was poorly made for the price we paid and service was very poor & the phone was ringing very loudly the whole time we was here. Appalled
