Had to wait for a seat then people who arrived after us were served before us
Under the present, restricted, conditions it is difficult to give a truly factual review of any undertaking. Thus, it is for the Costa coffee shop in Bluewater. Currently, like all such establishments, the coffee shop can only offer a takeaway service, which it is in a reasonably organised fashion. One thing remains unchanged, though, the lattes are as good as ever.
Ok but service could be better. Need to sort out
the seating
It's a small, cosy cafe. Nice atmosphere and lovely staff.
Absolutely awful. Bellowed at by Staff. so rude telling me all tables reserved so I couldn't sit. There was less people in Q than tables available. Husband on crutches and wanted to sit whilst I got drinks. We and another lady also crutches was turned away. Never again will I visit here. Politeness goes along way. Costa she needs to be aware of her clients, went elsewhere and was treated respectfully, helped us find a seat, bought drinks too us, ty Cafe Nero. The days hero.
