Very low on lunch time stock. Friendly staff who did what they could.
Ordered food and drinks for delivery, when it arrived it was incomplete. Rang the shop and was told there is nothing they can do as they cannot contact the driver?? Then was asked if I could pop into the branch, but I ordered a delivery for a reason. Then was told there is nothing they can do and I should contact just eat. The shop is a very short distance away from me, but the food was cold. Usually love Greggs, but I recommend that you do NOT request delivery as they are unreliable, and don't care when you complain.
Popped in Sunday 1st November, Very well organised even though there down to 1 till, the girls are great friendly and and always smiling,

As a truck driver I use to spend nights out in Avonmouth. One morning, no milk for the cornflakes. Gregg's was open but didn't sell milk. I bought a black coffee, the lady staff member ask why I wanted milk, for my cereal I explained, she gave me a cup full. I've been a customer ever since. Might not have been the intention but Gregg's on industrial estates are a blessing for truck drivers. I've been retired five years but still use Gregg's and all because of that lady's thoughtfulness
Staff are friendly and the food is great but please bring back the steak and cheese sausage rolls!
