Purchased a full house of carpet and 2 beds. I gave the lady sales woman and new manager my budget and they worked out the best possible deal for me. I visited other businesses in the area but they were too pushy and wasn't offering value for money. Can't recommend them enough and thank you for you're service

“ Merthyr Store “ The lady sales person is a absolute lovely lady ( Sorry I can not remember your name ). Immaculate people skills and a valued member of your company. Sadly though the manager of the Merthyr store lacks all people skills, very rude and incompetent in the role. In fact he single handily lost the shop a £1200 sale after all the hard work the lady sales person done. In the end I put my self out and traveled 30 miles to the Newport store rather than purchase from the Merthy store and put a tick in his sales box. On arrival at the Newport store I was met a wonderful sales team and then the manager by the name of Andy Jones who thankfully did not try to catch me / charge me more than what the price was, and knew exactly how to deal with the public. Thank you to the Newport team and also to the Lady sales person in Merthyr, you earned your company a sale.
