1/10. Poor quality workmanship, as roof is cracked and leaking after 7 years of a 20 year guarantee. They were reluctant to give the guarantee and I had to go through small claims court to get it. But they will not repair it under the guarantee as company has supposedly has been reformed using the same Roofseal name and address.
Be warned, your guarantee is worth nothing which is really important when the work is so shoddy.
