I've had some bad dental experiences in the past, so I was more than anxious when I made an appointment, especially as I had a rear tooth that was wobbling!! I needn't have been worried. Everyone was so friendly, helpful and supportive. My dentist, Milan, gave me a thorough checkup and advised that I have the wobbly tooth removed. Despite my fears, he was so reassuring and took me through every step of the process. I never felt out of control and he was so gentle that I never felt a thing. Not even the mouth numbing injection hurt. His assistant, Angelica, was so lovely; so kind to have held my hand through the procedure. The extraction took only a few seconds and one of the dental nurses, Claire, looked after me post-op. That evening, Milan called to check I was OK, and one of the nurses called again the next morning to see how I was doing. My lifelong fear of dentists ended yesterday. Thank you to everyone who made me feel so safe. I recommend Harley Dental Practice without reservation.

I have been going to this practice since 1978 and the service has always been superb. I am always put at ease, the injections are so quick to act, I enjoy having a filling! A big thank you to the whole team especially in these difficult times.

Going to the dentist is something I always dreaded but I can honestly say I never worry now. Both Gary and Caroline are excellent dentists and ensure the treatment is as comfortable as possible. I now have the smile I have always wanted it has given me so much more confidence.

Fabulous service at Hartley Dental Practice. An emergency appointment was booked and completed in less than 24 hours, great! This is pretty standard though, I have never had issues with booking. The surgery has handled post lockdown procedures amazingly; from arrival to completion of the treatment, I felt safe and happy. The surgery is always spotless, light and bright. Gary was professional, efficient, and most importantly, gentle. Thank you!
