I booked a slot online the day before. Upon arrival I was greeted and was told it might take longer (online said it would take roughly 45mins for screen repair) so I came back after and was told it take a lot longer. Understandable they have to see the state of the phone to judge how much repair needs doing (and I rather the staff take their time than rush the job) but overall staff was friendly and I am happy with the outcome of my phone and good price.

Had my phone screen repaired as I needed it done quickly, which they did. They recommended a case and glass protector screen, which I purchased so that I didn't have to pay almost £300 again. My phone slipped of the sofa and completely shattered, 2 days later. The impact was minimal and the damage to my phone was worse than when I first had it repaired. My little one launched it onto a concrete floor and there was just one crack across the screen. This time, the whole screen shattered, including the glass protector screen that was supposed to be there to protect my phone. I visited the shop today, I was hoping for them to resolve this however I was told that the warranty was only valid if there was something wrong with the touch screen, the glass screen protector is for any small spillages and the case was not fit for purpose. I appreciate the two technicians we're just doing their job and they were both professional. My issue is with the quality of the screen that was installed in the first place, the person who installed and whether this was done properly and all the additional products that were recommended for me to buy under false facts. I have contacted customer services to no avail. Stay away from this repair shop... Pay extra, wait longer and get it done properly. It'll be worth it in the long run.

Jermaine was polite helpful and got my phone repaired asap. True gent, didn't realise how important my phone was until today.
