This is a fantastic pharmacy - always a massive variety of items to buy - from herbal products, to make up, perfume, plasters, bandages, huge range of toiletries, cards, batteries, cat/dog flea & tick products, etc I couldn't possibly list everything they have! But you get the idea, from my list! But, more importantly, the customer service is amazing! I'd give it more than 5*'s if I could! The staff, are always very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & just great! It doesn't matter if you're a regular customer, or just passing through, the service is very personal, they make you feel very welcome, & comfortable, without any "hard sell pressure", which is often the case, unfortunately, with many other pharmacies, & shops, too. Nothing's too much trouble, & often if you're after a product, that's run out, or something you can't find, in store, they will try & order it, for you - if it's possible. If they can't get the product for you, they will point you in the right direction, to another shop, that should stock what you need. They manage to combine a friendly, helpful, & knowledgeable service, whilst also being professional. I would highly recommend this pharmacy, without reservation - they're amazing! So pop in, if you're in Llanidloes, & take a look at their huge product range! Also, you can experience the warm welcome you'll receive,if you need some help, or just want some helpful advice, regarding a medical condition, medications (herbal & conventional) - it doesn't matter if you're not purchasing anything, the staff will still give a friendly, professional service - as they do for everyone - 5*!

Friendly, helpful, genuinely caring, staff and pharmacists. You will never feel judged and you can always ask questions regarding your personal health. In certain instances the pharmacist can write you out a prescription.
