Very unprofessional, rude and completely unhelpful. They don’t even contact you to tell you they are about to remove you from their patient list and then refuse to see you in an emergency or add you to the list again even when your whole family is registered with them. Really not worth the bother for the terrible service you get - especially if it is an emergency!
Wonderful reception ladies, although I was very nervous about having a root canal the dentist Mrs Azma ( plz excuse my spelling) was wonderful and I didn’t feel a thing. Thankyou so much. I definitely recommend Hadlow dental practice.
Great dentist. Arrived for my appointment, was seen on time and was welcomed by such friendly staff, especially at reception. Well organised and sorted my dental work out with no further problems. Would definitely recommend!!
