Unable to attend Christmas at Bedgebury, due to COVID self isolation enforced by law, I was very disappointed to be told I would need to purchase new tickets and only then would Seetickets consider a refund for my original tickets!! I couldn’t find any new dates or afford to purchase new tickets for myself, my husband and our 5 year old grandson.
We would love to experience Christmas at Bedgebury. However, Seetickets the company Bedgebury use to sell the tickets are totally unhelpful and have left us very very disappointed!
