Nothing in stock, massively over priced and the quality is very poor. Don't bother wasting your time here. The staff are also very rude as well.
Always an amazing experience. Particularly Tia, Danni and Ellie are so friendly and my drinks are always perfectly made. Perfect service every time. 10/10. All very polite, well priced food and drinks. I think they should be commended for their service. If I could give 6 stars I would :)
Been this morning instore to get some coffee and muffins. Costumer service ok. Girl who made all ordered drinks said - i hate this job using exact words.
Could not see any teamwork - plenty cups to fill and she were quite struggling there.

Speedy service, even though really busy, lovely cappuccino
I recently visited the Burnley site, I had a fantastic time, I visited with my husband, most of the staff were brilliant, all in high spirits and made this a memorable experience, however one member (the blonde barista, Danielle) was consistently rude to myself, my partner and the other members of staff, I genuinely felt awkward dealing with this, I felt sorry for the staff being belittled constantly. Without that member of staff being there, my partner and I would have enjoyed this extremely and given 5 stars.
