Good. No problem
Very organised and free parking
After having a magical experience at the castle Christmas displays going back several years we were disappointed. The castle itself lacked a festive feel, which could have been rectified by even one decorated Christmas tree in front of it. It would have been a fantastic photo opportunity. The displays themselves were very lack lustre. I appreciate these are unprecedented times but it was a bit lacking in atmosphere. The original decorations could have been used in the castle windows if not suitable for outdoor use. It wasn't the experience we were expecting at all.
Brilliant day out love it
Due to Covid-19, the Christmas tree display usually within the castle is now throughout the gardens. It is lovely. There is a hut a short way before the castle selling drinks, doughnuts, etc., but leave it too late and their hot snacks could be sold out.
