I am sure this is a great convenience store, but if you go in for petrol only, you more aften than not wait for ever to be served to make your payment. Queues of people before you with baskets brimming in the till lane designed for "fuel only". To exarcerbate the situation they never have enough people on till duty when they are actually needed (very poor planning). I have been filling up here since I lived in Warton in the 70s, and to be honest, you would have thought they might have learned someting about customer service since then. This spoils an otherwise brilliant spot. Why can the management of this outlet not see this?
