Very fun evening out to be had with friends and/or family! It can be quite busy, both on foot and on the road, traffic was at a stand still pretty much! We decided to walk the majority of it and it was super pretty and was a more enjoyable experience of the illuminations as you feel more a part of the fun Blackpool has to offer. Corona is currently about and if it’s something you’re worried about then I suggest experiencing it on the road as we were more or less the only group wearing masks, people were just casually walking around getting close to one another but it’s not really controllable as it’s all a public place but I would have thought people would have been a bit more cautious and we would have seen a lot more others wearing masks. Overall a very lovely experience and something I usually try and visit each year!
Brilliant lovely lights, alot have been upgraded to LED but for some reason the streetlights are still the old sox type lights.
Don't think you will see anything like this anywhere else in the world, it goes on for miles.
