This newly opened cafe is situated in a quiet corner of the town with car parking next door. Proprietor, Eloise, has designed the Harry Potter themed decor and can provide the history behind the cherished memorabilia displayed on the walls. She bakes the delicious cakes and will discuss all ingredients used in her recipes, catering also for vegan or vegetarian customers. She provides the professional, quality service at front of house and the kitchen is on full view. Mum is an experienced chef
and cooks fresh food from the menu to order, assembled and delivered quickly. There is a vast range of quality teas plus coffee and cold drinks such as pressed apple to compliment the food.
Cosy and welcoming, the tables are suitably spaced to comply with Covid requirements.
I enjoyed the home-made soup and the hummus and sun-dried tomato sandwich on fresh wholemeal bread with salad and coleslaw plus the thrice cooked chips. I did notice a couple thoroughly enjoying the afternoon tea and made a mental note for next time!
Just had a roast beef Sunday lunch delivered due to Lockdown restrictions, it was on time piping hot and delicious, and very good value for money definitely recommend
Took my daughter for an afternoon tea- Amazing service - the owner was very friendly and the place looked amazing inside! She really enjoyed her time there and we will definately be going again. It is definately one place that any Harry Potter fan would love!
