I had a bad back due to acute spondylolisthesis. I saw Anna several times, both when my back was in crisis and during my gradual and extended rehabilitation. Anna is so approachable, easy-going and incredibly patient. She produced amazing results both immediately by applying techniques, positions, massage, and in the long term, by providing lots of good advice and exercise routines. Anna is a truly reassuring professional and I would recommend her without hesitation.

I went to see Anna after a sudden movement caused excruciating pain from my disc hernia. Being a man, I thought I was going to be permanently disabled, and/or possibly die that afternoon. She was very calm and had me standing up straight again after the first session. Death did not ensue either, so I am still following the exercises she recommended, and my back is much stronger now. Thoroughly recommend this physio.
