Hired a Ford Luton van to take to Spain via France, staff were friendly and very helpful guiding me through exactly what needed to be done.

Genuinely appalling service. I got a call five minutes before they shut the last working day before I was due to rent a car at 8am. Started off by asking if I could collect later in the day because someone else wanted to return a car later in the day. I said I couldn't because we were going on a holiday and needed to be away early. She then changed approach and said their underwriters had denied me cover despite me having used them several times in the past. Obvious that they'd just noticed they were double booked for the following Monday morning. Left it too late for me to arrange anything else. Will never use Enterprise again. Not only was the customer service appalling, they gave me no other option for the holiday so it was in effect ruined and wasted money on plans that never happened. Bunch of children playing at running a business.
Brilliant staff, helpful and friendly. Made the car rental a very easy process. Would highly recommend.
They have a very bad service, I made a reservation and after a few hours they canceled it, their attention on the phone was very bad and unkind, I definitely do not recommend using this company.

Allowed me to leave the car where I collected my own car from and they arranged collection.
