We’ve been coming here for a while but the service has seemingly gone downhill. I took my two little girls for some cake and tea and we took a table outside which was dirty. The young waitress brought some menus, handed them to us over the plates and leftovers from the previous customers, then walked away. I asked if she could please clear the table and take our order as we didn’t have much time. After ten minutes we hadn’t been served so decided to get some cake to takeaway. We politely ordered two cupcakes to go. They were £5.90. The waitress said we weren’t entitled to the Eat out to Help Out discount (Mon-Weds) because we were eating out. She couldn’t give us a takeaway price either. Which doesn’t make sense. Almost £6.00 for two cupcakes that needed no plate or service. I bought them anyway as the girls would have been disappointed. But we will go elsewhere in future. I didn’t see any staff wearing masks. Food was being prepared without gloves. The waitress picked the cupcakes out with her hands rather than tongs. Perhaps they are overstretching the staff now the new venue in Parkview is open.

Good variety of food. Took our grandsons and they loved it. Both had the afternoon tea which had all sorts of goodies on and came with a small soup and milk shake. They are back to school now but have asked can they go again at half term.

Absolutely lovely cafe, great service and a great menu with lots of choices for everyone's pallet. I am a vegetarian and had the vegetarian club sandwich it was gorgeous. I highly recommend this place and we will be back very soon for sure.

Lovely little tearoom, with a great, quite extensive menu, tucked away in Lytham. Food excellent, staff attentive and friendly, we sat out on the little terrace and enjoyed a tasty, filling meal. Will definitely visit again!

A beautiful hidden gem.. We only went for a breakfast and brew, and it was perfect, we are definitely going back. The service was impeccable and friendly. Loved it..
