Not so much the coffee which is always good in my opinion, just so glad that there is a place for visitors to rest, chat and wait in a nice environment. Well done BVH for putting this in your atrium. I hope it is a source of revenue for the trust as well.
The coffee is still the best but because of COVID-19 drinks are only for take-away. When I'm having coffee I prefer to sit and have a proper cup.
If I could give this 0 The stars I would. The last 2 times I've been they have got my order wrong. Both times I've ordered hot chocolate with cream and marshmallows. First time I got given coffee - I don't like coffee, and today was only given hot chocolate without the cream/marshmallows, Costa isn't cheap. I've now left to go to work so can't go and complain. What's the point in ordering the drink if the people making it don't know what you have ordered - because they had to ask me my order. Never going back to this place again.
It's always consistently good product and service with new products coming often too. The staff always offer to help carry tray over for those of us who obviously have problems.
I love Costa coffee after my Hospital appointments, the staff are always so friendly and obliging.
