Horrific merchandising where the same ranges of clothes are not even on the same fixtures, suggesting staff must literally throw stock into the most convenient price pointed gap. I used to work in retail and it is common practice (and decency if you should expect any kind of reasonable custom) to colour and size block clothing ranges unless you are operating a school fete stall. I would not visit this shop again, even if I was to catch fire and they were the only shop that sold extinguishers.

My first outing since April after shielding. I was very nervous about going into any shop, but I really had no need to worry at all. The security guard at the entrance was friendly, and reassuring and the whole store was completely abiding with the distancing rule. Thank you TK Maxx at Burnley, my confidence as been restored again.

Tk Maxx is one of my favourite shops when I'm looking for something different either for myself or a gift for someone. Staff are friendly and the store is nice and clean.

This TK maxx was big. Found it a great shop. The people working there gave great customer service. The store was accessible, with accessible parking. No ramp into the shop. 2 entrances and the shop layout was organised and easy to navigate. Looking forward to going again
