Quick and efficient. Very impressed with COVID-19 measures, staff were on the ball to ensure customers were following procedure - felt completely safe throughout my visit.
Terrible service, placed on order paid for it through the app only to be told I have to wait for a refund for 5-7 days and if I want my order I have to pay again, customer service absolutely useless and could not even explain what had happened.
Argos were aware of this issue but they still let customers make orders and pay for items they would not receive.
Very very disappointed
I find this ok service is pretty quick as i order online before picking up staff i find friendly but too often i buy something here it is clear its been repacked and returned by someone else has happened a few times
Worst click & collect service ever, so inefficient that the queues were snaking all around the building.
Plenty of products at good prices
