Just been charged £5.30 total for 2 pizza slices and a sausage roll takeaway and it wasn't the full order I originally asked for. First got charged 4.20 for the 2 pizza slices and when I asked about the 2 sausage rolls she threw one in a bag and charged another 1.10 . It was the same surely staff who has served me before who does not make you feel welcome and obviously doesn't listen to what you want to order .Will not be going again .
I was overcharged when I purchased a few meal deals for my work colleagues as they do not know the difference between sub-total and total. I informed them I had been charged to much only for them to say it was correct. Now I have taken this up with customer service who have confirmed they need training on this matter. Very disappointing service!

Greggs the Bakers. I want to say you your sausage rolls are neat. I enjoy your pies and pasty's. They really are a treat. I've eaten all your food for years. It hasn't done me any harm. I might be slightly fat now. But eating keeps me calm.....
Was served by "Gabby". I asked fo you do decaf coffee - yeah - ok please can I have a decaf latte - grunt. Got a sausage roll. Went to add sugar and noticed a tea bag - I went back to the counter and "Gabby" had her coat on and was leaving. I said you've given me tea - she said no it's decaf coffee - where's my latte then? We don't do decaf latte - and the lovely Gabby left. Cold sausage roll, cold decaf coffee in a tea bag. Welcome to Blackburn - supreme rubbish service with a grunt and cold food
