Booked a vehicle 7 days prior to pick up for 9am. The vehicle was late back from its previous user by 15 minutes which can't be helped, not Enterprises fault. It then took around 30 minutes extra to clean it down and go through the checks etc so didn't leave until 45 minutes after pickup time which delayed my day quite a bit. I was told by a member of staff that I'd have 10% taken off for the trouble, only to learn when I dropped it off this morning that as there was £18 of fuel in it (65 miles) that would I was given this free instead of the 10% off the price. Although I was contacted shortly after dropping the van off to say I'd be compensated for the trouble.
The staff were very apologetic throughout the experience and treated me well. Millie was the lady who showed me around the van, she was very helpful and friendly, she knew what she was talking about and was very honest about the previous damage to the vehicle. A credit to the company.
Overall it was a decent experience, the van did its job and apart from the delayed pickup it went well. I'd recommend them to friends and family.
Provided me a hire car as part of a recent insurance claim. Although vehicle provided was of same class, it was quite low spec. Also has a few scuffs and scrapes which made the car look tatty despite being only a year old.

Great people there is a girl there called Milly who is just perfect if you need anything just deal with her she gets the job done
