Good food, beverages, prices and place. Most of the staff are friendly, kind and professional, however it has to be a low rating, as a certain staff member asked me, my husband and 4 month old twins to leave and take them out in the cold. The reason was because we know another staff member, with who we don't get on very well and try to be out of each others way. Apparently the customer is always right. Not true unfortunately, as according to her friendships are more important than doing her job right. I guess she kicks out anyone who doesn't like her 'friends'. I know that if you have children yourself, you wouldn't be happy if someone left them out in the cold. Congratulations. I hope you are proud of yourself and that you get fired. You really are a truly horrible person and the reason why I didn't say all these then, is because this way more people get to see how you are. Thank you.

Always enjoyed our coffee and cake in Wilds until our last couple of visits when we tried to purchase boxed cakes to take home whilst paying for our usual order. 2 staff that I did not recognise were on us in a flash with terrible attitudes stating we could not eat them inside (which we wernt) due to the same attitude the previous week we walked out and have not returned. Shame because the other staff are lovely. There's a way to say things then there's just absolute rudeness.

This is a lovely bakery. I like how they have really big loaf cakes at great prices and old fashioned tins of biscuits and cakes. They have bags of broken biscuits etc. But then the actually bakery counter serves fresh hot and cold bakery food. Really good pies, pasties. And a great selection of cakes and biscuits. Also they do fresh ground coffee so whenever I am passing through while doing deliveries in the area I always like to stop off at this bakery. The staff are very pleasant and the place is clean and tidy, well kept and on top of it all the prices are really good.
