As a musician I need my laptop in a working condition all year round. I started to have major problems and being a MacBook I was really worried at the cost for the repair. I just randomly googled and this shop came up so I called him expecting the worst. After speaking to the owner I was blown away how nice he was and such a professional. Afterwards, I went down to the store and he basically saved me hundreds of pounds by guiding me and even printed me off a ‘to do list’ and told me what to do so I would save money? I mean who does that????
I went home did what he told me, even got stuck and called him and again he helped me and took time out for me and job done! I even bought two chargers and left my card at home and he didn’t bat an eye lid and I paid him later.. I will definitely be going back for anything IT/phone related in the future. Always support your local area (even though it’s not mine) but I will be going back and I highly recommend him.. keep up the good work in these tough times mate 👍🏾 And thank you 🙏🏼🙏🏼
