Sent our a pc that wasn't working and wouldn't offer a reasonable resolution, Expected me to open up the pc and they'll "talk through what to do" I shouldn't have been sold a faulty device and now I'm stuck with it!
Ordered a pc explained it was for working from home they sent it and it wasn't working, they expected me to take it apart and remove and replace parts to make it work!! I wasn't happy and wanted to return but they only offered replacement but said I had to be in between 9am and 5pm but I work shifts So they have made it impossible for me to return !!! Now I've paid £75 for a piece of junk that don't work!!!
