The car park is down a back alley with high security fencing, with minimal spaces and expensive ticket prices. The only good thing about it is close to South of UCLAN campus with a 5 minute walk.

I bought an one hour ticket and parked my car there. Returned to my car after and an hour and 7 minutes. So I was late 7 minutes, I got a charge of £60 for 7 minutes!!!! I called them and explained to them that I could not make it on time and it’s just 7 minutes. But apparently that’s how they make money! They don’t rely on the ticket price which is £1 in fact they make money from scamming people...

We parked on this car park as we were eating out at a near by Chinese We would give 0 stars!!! The parking meter wouldn’t accept our money we tried numerous times putting our reg in. We were concerned about getting a ticket so we took a photo with my husband putting our car reg in and money in hand. Also I put a note on windscreen. 10 days later had a parking charge of £60. We appealed sending the photos in and saying machine not working Received another letter stating they were upholding the PCN as we had no ticket Really ??? do these people not read our appeal! We can appeal again but what is the point These sort of unscrupulous people are not worth wasting time or energy on All we would say is DONT use this car park We definitely will never park on here again

Moderate sized car park tucked away behind Fishergate in the centre of Preston. £1/hour, excellent location but may be tricky to find. Steep ramps in and out from small back street (Marsh Lane), gets busy in the day. Very good for evening parking in Preston

Be Warned! This park has been taken over by an unscrupulous landlord. I have parked here for years and never had a problem, then out of the blue I receive a fine for £60. All I can think is that I was 30 minutes over the time limit. It is no wonder the high street is dying, it's because shoppers are always getting fleeced by these charletons. I intend to fight this in court if I have to. COMPLETE RIP OFF! My advice to anyone is to park on Walker Street car park, £3.70 all day.
