Easy to use and 10 mins from the centre
Empty because the students haven't returned yet. However one star less than normal because the clock is wrong on the machine I used and I paid for an hour to return books to UCLan and my ticket suggested I had only 7 mins to do this.
£3.70 parking for the day, for parking around the North side of Preston, great for attending UCLAN and nearby restaurants/eateries. Parking Ticket Meters don't provide change so ensure you have plenty of coins.
No payment application, most of machines are not working.
So haddy if you have to visit the preston miniscule market.
