Had partial dentures fitted, absolutely thrilled to bits. Very happy, after so many problems with my teeth I finally got dentures , best thing I ever did, from start to finish, dentist was amazing, I can't thank her enough, lovely young lady. And a big thank you to the dental assistants and reception staff who made it a pleasure to be there. Thank you all for making me so happy 👍👍👍👍👍 highly recommend this dental practice.
After experiencing horrendous dental treatment in the past, not this surgery may I add, and having such a fear of dentists, I'm completely overwhelmed by the care I have received from Santanu Chatterjee over the past 12 months, and most recently today, from both himself and his excellent dental nurse. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Thank you very much.
Mandy, Celia and the two young nurses (I'm sorry I didn't get your names) who helped me out from phone call to extraction, thank you so much for the great patient care you provided today. Very professional during these strange times and I was made to feel really comfortable. You were all brilliant! Keep up the good work 🌈
Muneera and her nurse Olivia are absolutely amazing! Nothing is too much trouble for either of them and I know I will get the best treatment when I see them. Both of my children also love coming to the dentist to see them both. Would definitely recommend to anybody
Incredible service and treatment. Jamie treated me today and he was lovely. I have multiple health issues and a very complicated medical history meaning I have special medical requirements and that I'm not the easiest of patients to treat to say the least. He was incredibly patient, understanding, listened to what I said and did a wonderful job on my tooth, causing the least disruption possible to me. Could not ask for any more. All the staff here are always wonderful, pleasant, kind and welcoming, couldn't ask for anything more. Highly recommended. **Update** Sadly it won't let me leave another review so I'm adding on. Second 5* from me. Didn't expect to be needing additional treatment so soon, but I badly broke a back tooth. Thought it would be a long wait for treatment with the Covid situation, and I was in a lot of pain. The staff were amazing and took onboard the level of pain I was in, and that I couldn't take pain relief to help, tooth (beyond any chance of repair) was pulled a week later. Jamie again - amazing, talked me through everything, explained everything and was patient and considerate, checking I was ok all the way through. Gutted I can't leave another 5* review.
