When here for breakfast this morning, The food was good but the lady who was in charge was verry rude towards the staff in training. I feel a bit more encouragement rather than bossing the saff about and telling them they are making a mess of everything everything would work much better.

Food was shocking. Coffee was like dish water, spent half their time on their phones. Hand wernt clean, dirty finger nails. Won't be going again.

Service is so bad I waited 20 minutes and no one came to serve me the café wasn't busy there was only 5 customers in it and one member of staff started playing with his hair at counter.
