Never been before and had seen it was opening so had to visit now it has. Wasn't disappointed. Me and the Mrs got two of their classic cinnamon rolls. They are massive and loads of cinnamon sauce and frosting, miles better than any I've had before. Was expecting it to be busy from what I've heard but we walked straight in and there was zero queue. Will definitely be back to try some different flavours 🤤

I was second in the queue and waiting 35 minutes for them to take my order then another 10 minutes after that waiting for two lattes to be made. Staff are so lazy and appear to be in no hurry to serve people and were dawdling around. Cinnabons and lattes were nice but definitely not worth the huge wait.

Delicious dessert! Bringing the American chain to the UK! Even though the menu at this particular store is very limited, I think one can still get a taste of the main products. The desserts are delicious and have had people queuing up for weeks.

Fab customer service by ant and josh. It was past there shift and they stil managed to serve me with great professionalism. Service was fab. The bun itself was nice, not amazing as expected but that's personal preference.

A disappointing first visit. Had to wait an hour, only to find out that they were only selling the classic Cinnabon. The cinnamon roll was too greasy. It had too much cinnamon filling in it, making it very bitter and sickly and it just fell apart once we picked it up. It's a shame because the roll itself was cooked well. Would probably give them another try in a month or so, once they've figured out how to run this place with trained staff.
