Was referred to Usman Ali during the pandemic. Did a fantastic job, was polite and caring. Eased my fears of my first time root canal. Couldn't recommend this surgery more.
I was so impressed with the service and excellent treatment I received recently. I had a dental emergency and was contacted almost immediately by a dentist, Chris, who was able to stop the pain, despite working alone and with the challenging coronavirus requirements. He offered a contact number should the pain begin again and contacted me the following fortnight to ensure I was no longer in any pain. I
Needed an urgent extraction due to a badly infected tooth. Wasn't sure if this could be done given the current situation. Called the practice at 9 and had been in and had the tooth pulled by 11. Fantastic considering the restrictions in place for covid. Felt very safe with the safety measures that have been implemented and can't praise the staff highly enough. Thank you again.
I recently went to this practice and it was a lovely experience, I was made very welcome by everyone as soon as I walked through the door, all reception staff and nurses were so friendly and so was the dentist, nothing was to much trouble and I left the surgery much happier than when I arrived and was reassured I could go straight back if I had any trouble with my temporary treatment, I would highly recommend this dental surgery to anyone.
During the Covid 19 pandemic M J Kenyon dental surgeons provided excellent professional care. I could not recommend them more. Thank you for making me feel safe and comfortable throughout my treatment James Cockerill
