Not been to a “proper shop” for a long time. O what have I been missing ! Managed to do a pretty good stock - take, bought one or two little essential items of course ! I shall certainly re- offend once i have recovered from the shock ! Delightful staff - how we forget the importance of staff - And I didn’t have time to check out the make up department !!! Thank you all for a most enjoyable morning - if only there was somewhere to go and display myself at the moment. I shall return Ann xx
So hard to find department stores nowadays. Especially family owned, with a commitment to providing quality and top fashion brands. Exceptional friendly professional staff. Most of the retail chains in this country seem to think, that shoppers only require cheap prices. With a compromise on quality. Not so, there is still a market for up market customers.
Can only comment on ground floor as I didn't shop upstairs. Well organized re Covid restrictions, hand gel at door, young assistant on hand if needed. Very pleasant to shop in.
