Good, the car was ready and waiting for me. In fact, they opened earlier than the time posted- 7.45am rather than 8am and we're happy to help me straight away rather than make me wait until 8. The car was new and had half a tank of fuel in it. The nice man talked me through the complicated Mercedes automatic system and was very helpful.
So I had a non fault accident and my car was deemed a total loss, totally gutted. My courtesy hire car came from the Blackburn Enterprise branch. These guys were absolutely fantastic, going out their way, making sure everything was to my liking. I really appreciated everything they did for me. Thanks guys, I'll definitely be using you again in the not to distance future.
Recently been hiring cars regularly due to work, the cars have always been modern with decent specification for the money. Can't fault the staff at all, they have all been great. The staff who show you round the car before taking it, are patient and thorough, and the return process is made smooth and easy by them. Looking forward to seeing what future cars I will be hiring. Hired from here once due to local point being closed. Everything felt comfortable and safe. Car was very good for the journey we had planned, only issue was car could have been cleaner. Staff were accommodating, professional and really friendly, especially manager Umar: he made the whole process quick and stress free.
