Purchased a Xbox controller from the Chorley store, I tried to return it the same day, only a few hours later. I was told that they were only able to give refunds in the form of a voucher. I was not told this at the point of purchase. I found the staff to be incredibly unhelpful, In fact I’d go as far as to say at the point of purchase they deliberately misled me to the condition of the controller. At the point of trying to return it they refused to give me the store managers name who wasn’t working that day. I would strongly urge any potential customers to think twice before Purchasing anything from the store in Chorley.
