Dealt with this company for over 30 years would recommend
Bought a Zanussi electric Cooker on the 28/08/2018, the cooker now has a fault with the grill. I have been into the shop and they have told me that they don't do the repairs I need to contact the supplier. I have told them that it isn't necessary and they are adamant they won't issue a repair or refund or exchange until an engineer has been booked.
Complete and utter shitfest, the customer service they offer is poor, the stock they have is poor, the staff are incredibly rude, and they couldn't care less about you they just want your wallet, I won't be buying anything from here again.
