Hardly any stock in, long wait in que to be asked why I was there? 😂
Friendly staff. No stock
Dreadful service. It took longer to get served than it did to drive the eight miles to get there and back.
No one seemed slightly interested in making a sale. Seemed more interested in getting his tea break.
No one could answer questions on technical specifications.
The assistant ( I use the term lightly) could not have been less helpful.
This store is so badly organised. If you’re looking to browse, with no interference from sales staff it’s fine. But if you actually want to buy something you’ll have a very long wait, while three different members of staff consult with each other about what to do with customers. Awful.
Was greeted by a member of staff on arrival who asked me if I knew what I was looking for or was I browsing. She then said, " if I need any assistance to go to her".
I promptly went to her to ask about a product and I was put into a line of customers who were waiting to be seen by a customer service assistant.... and we waited and waited and waited....Whoever decided on this plan of action to serve customers with the pandemic needs a good kick up the Arris.. Either open with plenty of staff or don't open at all!
Staff are impossible to find, nothing is in stock and Covid measures are pathetic. No point going unless you have a few hours spare
