Amazing chocolate shop ever, if you want to treat yourself to a luxury mug of hot chocolate or an amazing hot waffle filled with fruit of your choice, ice cream, cream, sauce and chocolate bits or simple a lovely cup of coffee then this is the place to visit. The staff are amazing, polite and so friendly. They chat away to you and even have time for children to. The waffles are freshly made when you order too. The ice creams are amazing and come with an assortment of toppings and various cones too. They have lots of seating on 2 floors and a toilet for customers too.
Nice and clean, friendly and helpful staff. Menu limited for anything other than coffee and sweet drinks.

Nice hot chocolate, good coffee. Not too busy, service was quick.
The customet service was not very good as we were told to wear our masks in an abrupt manner while other customers were walking into the establishment and were not told to do so. I have to say it was very expensive for what we bought in the coffee shop so we won't be visiting again and take our business and well earned money elsewhere.
