Wrong order given at drive through. Asked for hpt chocolate for our 3 year old daughter and got a coffee
There was a bit of the queue at the drive thru so the purchase took a little longer than ideal. However this was understandable given the increase in drive thru customers since covid. Coffee was nice and very hot, unfortunately the lid was not properly affixed and this resulted in spelling most of it as I placed the cup in the holder.
Disgusting level of service! Only drive through service available and was refused service because I was on a motorcycle! My partner had parked up right opposite the window so he could carry the order but I was told it was illegal to serve motorcyclists! Need to make that explicitly clear then. Nothing on the website, no signage to say no motorcycles . Won't be darkening your doors again whether on my bike or my car. Plenty of your competitors are more than willing to serve us!!
The country is on a campaign to get the nation fitter by exercise, so I cycle from whalley with 3 grandchildren only to be turned away because we weren't in a car. 3 very disappointed children. Bonkers and will never visit again.
Poor service...the staff forgot our food order...we had to go back to ask what had happened to our order...Unbelievable
