This is the best salon in Cardiff. I always feel welcome and the staff put a smile on your face on every visit. I would recommend that you try Serenity for your next hair appointment.
Serenity has a lovely, friendly atmosphere. Helen & Michele (senior hair stylists), have many years of experience and are very attentive & professional. Top quality products, fantastic value for money & highly recommended!
Finally found the right place to go to have my hair done staff really make you welcome and I always come out more than pleased with my hair do .
I have recently moved to wales. I have had weaves for 5 years+ and always loved having long hair, but since moving to wales its not been financially possible to maintain this luxury. After rocking the natural look for at least 6 months.. i got speaking to a few people in the area regarding good hairdressers, i was advised to visit Helen @ Serenity. All visits at Serenity have been 10/10, the customer service is brilliant and the team have managed to make me feel relaxed and for once.. enjoy the thought of having a hair cut. I cannot remember the name of the apprentice who is currently working there, though she dealt with me amazingly and managed to make me feel at ease in her care. She was asked by Helen to wash my hair, which was done beautiful and felt amazing.. and for once at a salon, i wasn't having a complementary face wash too!! Helen was really patient with me whilst I found a style in a magazine similar to one i desired. Thank you girls, keep up the gd work! see you in July
Had my hair cut and coloured here today and have to say the service I received was 10/10. Helen helped me make informed choices as I knew what I liked but wasn't sure if it was achievable. I didn't feel rushed and felt she really listened. The atmosphere here is lovely and you can see why serenity has loyal customers as you are made to feel welcome straight away. All of the staff were friendly making me feel at ease which i havent felt at some other hairdressers. Im happy with my finished hair and will definitely be returning😊
